In the production of light-cured, precision fitting pieces for otoplastics and jewellery high-quality and reliable curing devices are essential. Our stroboscope light polymerisation devices have therefore been designed for universal operation. They are suitable for all photo curable resins, are simple to handle, allow for fast as well as rational processing and result in outstanding product quality.
The application areas comprise the entire spectrum of otoplastics and enable, for example, the manufacturing of hearing aids (in-ear as well as behind-the-ear), hearing protection systems, head phones, in-ear-systems or decorative otoplastics.
Furthermore, the flash-devices allow for rapid and high-quality post-curing of workparts that have been manufactured by rapid prototyping technology, e. g. producing jewellery or technical products.
